after stalking rich people and finding the exact people i was looking for assembled the team without needing to validate our identities we needed order without faith. well on the odds that "everyone thinks they can do whatever they want"
so essentially siding with the wealthy this gave a strong arm to opposition of the crime network finally setting up a gambling rich successfully.

after the remaining part of everyones pay stubs; rorshach questioned the FDA; FBI; and the NSA on multiple protocols considering which people could be incriminated or apart of the investigation entirely; confused with factions. essentially picking out key people. considering the charges at hand there was about a barrel of snakes... at hand when dealing with such line of work after coming out of retirement no one's quite sure who he is and there may be multiple. but claiming to rosharch there is only one rosharch; "he isnt helping me hes going to kill you"
which created some backfire; "is this the only man that knows how to murder people" yes; rosharch explains. i used to work for the MAFIA; which was confusing for the average person.
when coming into contact with sex rings; prostitution; fame ; and wealth he saw that as a simple bonus. to come into hand with playing your cards right;
being a successful gambler made him infamous considering they thought the game was rigged. the japanese version of "blackjack" being old maid.
hes keeping a "close eyes on your kids for you" which after a while solving hostage situations with terrorists on the internet. even in vice of naiveness and ernest behavior.

challenging censorship was a big deal for rorschach. considering the odds of us making it was little to none. which was "political incorrectness on the rise"
which pissed off some people even myself. so talking in the third person is common with this civilian. when coming into face with other people "trying to help" he considered it a pathetic attempt at incriminating people. so when the final flag drew; it wasn't the american flag it was a peace offering of somekind.
i said clearly "im sorry he needs to communicate with me or i cant help" which he found going undercover was not only successful. but also a drawback.
